A new season means new team members! In the cheeseroom, Mackenzie and Haley are our new helpers. As you can see, they've jumped right into the swing of cheesemake!
Down in the cellar, we have an old new face. Dre has interned with us twice now, once in 2007 and again in 2019. Third time is the charm! She's previously worked at Whole Foods, Saquatchie Cove Creamery, and Green Dirt Farm, and now is training with our cellar manager, Da, to become her replacement when Da retires in May. We're thrilled to have Dre back on the team!
