Damage in Transit
We strive to make sure you get the best of our cheese, in the best possible condition, but sometimes things happen. If your package or the contents are damaged in transit, please get in touch with us. We'll work with you to arrange a refund or a replacement.
We are a seasonal dairy and all our cheeses are made by hand, so some variation in taste and appearance should be expected. But sometimes we do make a mistake, and a flawed wedge gets sent out.
If your experience with our cheese was disappointing, please let us know so we can make things right. We are proud of our cheeses, and want to make sure you love them as much as we do.
Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns. Please do not refuse delivery or send the cheese back without checking with us first.
