We are thrilled to announce that our Grayson took third place in the prestigious Farmstead category at the American Cheese Society’s annual competition! This is Grayson’s sixth ribbon in eight years, and we are so proud of everyone — from cheesemakers Helen and Adrienne and their crew to the shipping crew, the cellar team, the milkers, the farmhands, and of course the cows! — who have put in their part to make Grayson so consistently great. It takes a lot to make a farmstead cheese, but moments like these make it all worth it!
