Calving Season Has Begun!

With 6 calves born in a week's time it is safe to say calving season is well underway. Our milking system is fired up and ready to go and as more new bovine moms get added to the line we get closer and closer to having milk in our vats. We are excited to start up our 26th season of cheesemaking!
