Get three wedges of our crowd-pleasing Appalachian -- one regular, one Extra-Aged for eight months or more, and one Yearling aged for over eighteen months. Pair it with some sweet Crooked Creek Honey, and add on some savory Sopressata Salami. A delicious mountain experience!
Our Regular gift collection contains approximately 1 1/2 pounds of cheese, while the Deluxe version offers a more generous 3 pounds.

The Virginian (Local Pickup)

One for the locals! This sampler features all Virginia-made, small business products: Sea Salt Peanuts from the Virginia Peanut company, Virginia honey from local beekeeper Crooked Creek Honey, and a special selection of our cheeses: Galax (named after our town!), Extra-Aged Appalachian, and a Mini Grayson washed in beer from Richmond's Hardywood Park Craft Brewery.
Due to the Minis (which we make only during the Christmas season) this sampler is limited quantity, so get yours quick! Get a pound and a half of cheese in our Regular sampler, or double up on the Appalachian and Galax with our two and a half pound Deluxe.
