A great addition to any holiday spread, and a great introduction to our cheeses! We've paired each of our cheeses with a complimentary regional product:
- Vibrant, tart Appalachian with the sweet kick of Hot Peach Chutney
- Rich, earthy Grayson with the warm heat of Lusty Monk Mustard
- Mellow, mild Galax with the meaty spice of Black Pepper Sorghum Salami
- And the roasted caramel complexity of Mountaineer with Virginia Peanuts.
Each pairing also includes a bag of Callie's Hot Little Biscuit Crackers for a tasty holiday treat. Our Regular collection includes half a pound of cheese, or increase your cheesy goodness to a full pound with the Deluxe. Find your perfect pairing!
A note on shipping
We'll do our best to get your order to you (or your recipient) as close as possible to the requested date. We aren't able to ship orders across a weekend, so you should expect deliveries to arrive Wednesday-Friday. If you aren't able to receive a delivery on specific days, please add a note to let us know.
