A First Taste…

Of this season’s Grayson!

The time has finally come… the time when we get to see what kind of cheese we’ve been making for nearly two months. It’s always an anxious moment: the cheese looks good, it smells good… but does it taste good?

And the answer is… yes! This year’s first Grayson is a pleasantly buttery cheese with a melting texture and a hint of fresh nuttiness. While still a young cheese (too young to sell), the richness of the flavor suggests that this year’s crop will be early bloomers — good news for the many Grayson lovers anxiously awaiting their fix.

We get first taste, but it won’t be long now! Look for Grayson to be on the shelves of your favorite cheese shop soon!
