It's a bittersweet Friday here in the cheesehouse -- today was our last day of cheesemake for 2020. We've already started drying off the cows, but we'll dry off the rest of the herd and end milking next week. This is the earliest we've ever stopped making cheese.
2020 wasn't the season we wanted, but we're all ready to take a deep breath, step back, and prepare for a hopefully sunnier 2021.
