Organizations Promoting Raw Milk Cheese
Raw Milk Cheesemakers Association is a group of raw milk cheesemakers who have come together in order to learn from and support each other. The group's goal is to provide scientifically accurate information about the healthfulness and safety of raw milk cheese. Helen is proud to be an executive founding member.
Slow Food USA is an organization dedicated to stewardship of the land and ecological food production, and we're in their Raw Milk Ark of Taste.
